Chanting Meditation

Chanting is a form of meditation in Buddhism. It gives us direct access to the spiritual world. It balances our subtle energy system while allowing for deeper meditation.  No prior experience is necessary, and anyone is welcome.

Awakening Yoga

Led by our experienced Yoga teacher, Venerable Neunwon, the weekly class offers a good opportunity to rejuvenate both body and spirit. Students will learn to gently align their body and increase their flexibility while discovering peace within. A small donation to the teacher will be much appreciated.
